- 80% Refund – Cancellation application submitted 2 full days before the scheduled consultation session
- 60% Refund – Cancellation application submitted 1 full day before the scheduled consultation session
- 30% Refund – Cancellation application submitted within less than one day before the scheduled session, or on the same day
Once the online consultation session is officially started or completed, no cancellation or partial refund application will be accepted.
3. Cancellation Application Rules
All cancellation requests must be submitted through the official company email for formal verification and record keeping. Verbal messages, social media messages or informal temporary messages will not be regarded as valid cancellation applications.
The official confirmation time of the email shall be taken as the standard time point for judging the refund tier.
4. Refund Processing Period
After the cancellation application is reviewed and approved by our official team, the refund process will be initiated within 5–10 working days. The actual arrival time is subject to the processing cycle of the independent payment service provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund request will be accepted under the following circumstances: consultation service has been started or completed; partial digital resource files have been delivered; customer actively abandons the service without formal application; invalid or fake cancellation application; repeated malicious cancellation requests.
